Usually I have no issues picking up. But the other day I showed up at 9:10 am just after they open. And the guy seemed so annoyed with me asking him to speak up multiple times. And annoyed when I asked him to explain something to me. I’m sorry but I am in fact completely deaf in one ear, literally. so I couldn’t hear him with how softly he spoke with the Mariano’s music in the background. I used to love the pharmacy team. All of the associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the new members. Do not have any patience whatsoever. The answer with attitud and zero interest to help the patients that they served. Not much customer service. What a shame.
I have not been to a better, well stocked, plenty of everything grocery store then this one. Wonderful place.
