ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS experience - twice!! I had the same experience as the last review, what is going on there??? my doctor called to refill my prescription - i went to pick it up - the man (who is frustrated that he actually has to help people) tells me that it is an expensive medicine and that they needed me to come in to talk to them to approve it before they order it. TERRIBLE customer service-- Scheduled to pick up an Adderall prescription when I ran out (controlled substance) so that I would have it for the next day. When I went to pick up, the pharmacist said they had run out of it. I was told to come back tomorrow when they got more in stock, but I am a full time graduate student and have class all day tomorrow, and apparently now, no medication, which I have taken every day for years. Absolutely terrible.
