I’m not sure what’s slower: the service or the staff’s ability to use their own system. Every time I come here, it’s the same story—unhappy faces and zero help. It’s pathetic that they can’t find a returning patient’s profile. With the exception of one competent middle-aged gentleman, the staff here are completely unprofessional. It feels like a chore for them to even speak to you.

This happened in April 2025. The short, blonde, larger pharmacist would not refill a nerve medication for me that I was out of. This was a normal refill my doctor had called in the day before. Despite being in physical distress without this nerve medication, he continued to accuse me of drug-seeking when my doctor had written the prescription the day before. He kept insisting it was because I wanted an early refill but I did not, it needed to be refilled. He even told me “don’t come here” despite this being my pharmacy. Late... read more

Pharmacist should find a different job .. very miserable person’ ii called early morning to see if they had a specie medication and they did my dr told me to make sure they do before she wriote it, and I forgot to mention to add my ID for protection because I had stolen scripts in the past this around 10am.. Just updating everyone who may have seen poor reviews in the past with previous employees. The new pharmacist, Tom, is incredible and patient and thorough and kind. If you can wait until he is working on your prescription, then I highly suggest that you do. He really seems to care about the patients coming through and I am so thankful to have him as the pharmacist here!
