Dr. Rizzo is fantastic. Trying to see see him when I'm sick is awful. I was on the phone for 20 minutes, being transferred from one person to another, getting disconnected then having to start over again, from a centralized office. Northeast Medical Group's system is just terribly frustrating. It appears to be impossible to speak to Dr. Rizzo's office anymore. The patient's well being is no longer the priority. Economics is now front and center. Just deplorable.

Dr Rizzo gives the time to anyone who needs it in an age where most GPs want you in and out - he is thorough and goes through every possibility- he does run on the late side but is a great doctor who really cares.
Hello my name is George, I am a Transplant patient and have been a patient of Dr Rizzo since post transplant for some time now, I also am a patient with multiple doctors at The Mayoclinc, too date I have seen few drs as great Medically as Dr Rizzo has been along with the Mayoclinc.
