My salesperson Savilay was very honesty and profession. Spent some time swapping travel stories while the paperwork was being done. This was our second time working with this dealership. We went to buy a new car on the Labor Day holiday weekend. Our salesman Jose was terrific....but after the initial deal was worked out in the first hour....we had to wait another four and a half hours to close the deal with the finance person who was also very nice.....Apparently they were sorely understaffed on a holiday weekend and she was the only finance person working that day....So something that should have taken three hours at max, took five and a half hours....u... read more
