I am really disappointed with my experience ordering a gift basket from Mariano Foods. I ordered a gift basket as a "get well" gift to a family member, who lives close to Waterbury, CT. I ordered the gift basket Monday, but it did not even go out for shipping until Wednesday evening. When I called to ask why it took so long to get the order out, the customer service representative informed me it was because they did not see that I had ordered on their website.
