I rarely write reviews, but this experience was concerning enough that I feel obligated to share it. My interaction with Marianne Passarelli, MD, MBA at Yale Urology was one of the more troubling provider experiences I have encountered in my 15 years working in healthcare. Marianne is the best doctor, patient, kind, understanding, with wisdom and intelligence. I will only see Dr. Pasarelli

She is a fine doctor. She listens and understands and efficiently addresses the issues. I can't imagine her have a 2.0 rating.

An absolute joke of a doctor. I went to her twice, once before and once after receiving a diagnosis for POTS. Pre-diagnosis, I was suspecting that I had the condition, and figured it was causing my bladder issues, as the symptoms all started at the same time. This doctor didn’t know what POTS was, left mid-session to look it up, just to come back and tell me there’s no way for the two to be related. She put me on meds and sent me on my way.
