This is by far the best Toyota dealer I've been to in Northwest Fla. The people are all courteous, professional & just plain nice people! This is now the only place I will go for my Toyotas & my Toyota needs! Bravo!!!

Took my Prius in for check engine light, replaced coils, cost approx. 865.00, that evening light was back on. Took it back the next day, they said it was carbon buildup in fuel system, did a cold soak. Engine light came on that afternoon. Took it to McKenzies in Tallahassee. Found out it was faulty vvt solenoid. Told me that was probably nothing wrong with my coils, inexperienced mechanics read a code and just assume a common cause but if would have run the diagnostic tests properly would have seen it was the vvt solenoid.
