I will file a complaint for this office because they refuse me as a new patient. I wasn’t able to schedule app.There’s no such thing as good quality health care anymore unfortunately.
There is room for improvement. The medical assistant at one of my visits gave me attitude. The doctor is very nice. However, there were several occasions where I didn't feel like my concerns were being taken seriously. Dr A is also considerate about insurance coverage. The location and maybe the customer service could be better. There wasn't a single parking space available, which caused stress. Overall, this is a good choice locally for an endocrinologist.
