I made an appointment almost a month out (their soonest opening), and I drive half an hour to get here, just for them to be closed. Not even a courtesy call to let me know they canceled the appointment they made. I was a new client, not anymore. They've also done the childish thing of blocking me on their Facebook page instead of trying to apologize or explain why they no-showed for their appointment and didn't inform their customer. These are the people you are trusting with your animals.

I have been going to Marianna Animal Hospital with my older dog and I thought they were very caring but recently someone dumped off a little white puppy that needed a lot of attention worms, broken tail, parasites and sore paws. The whole staff was kind and caring and took care of all of the issues and even provided grooming.

I just walked out with my cat. unfriendly and didn't seem to care if I was there or not. I am new to the area and brought my cat in for a check up. When I arrived I walked in to say good morning and make sure the waiting area was safe for my cat. Both receptionist looked at me and said nothing? I said good morning again and told them I had an appt. They merely said "OK" I brought my cat in and the receptionist didn't say much except to fill out paper work. Dr. Renegar and his staff are so efficient and caring with our dogs. They answer all our questions in detail and offer many options for treatment. We can tell by the way they handle our dogs and conduct their examinations that they are committed to providing quality care to all their patients. The facility is homey and immaculately clean at all times and they are very knowledgeable in veterinary medicine. We wholeheartedly recommend them for all your pets' needs.

Took my cat in after he had been missining to get him checked out. Nothing life threatning was found.that night I gave my cat a bath and found a golf ball sized hole in his private region with maggots infested inside my cat. I was never told by the vet, i called the vet and he told me to clean the wound. After I examined my cat I kept finding more and more holes filled with maggots.well the next morning my cat died in my arms less than 24 hours of visiting the vets. I can tell that the staff at Marianna Animal Hospital genuinely care about our pets. They always offer the most cost effective option to resolve the issue and give the utmost attention to your pet during a visit. Every time I call I feel like I am the only customer they serve. I never feel as though I am inconveniencing them and they never fail to answer the phone. They are always willing to answer questions regarding pet health and are very knowledgeable. They don't rip you off like others do. For example, they won't pressure you to treat an animal with no hope of recuperation, just to pad their bill.
