My mom has been seeing Dr. Arroyo for about three years. At first, her experience was very positive, she felt heard and listened to during her visits. However, over time, her visits became very short, around 10 minutes, and it often felt like the doctor wasn’t fully listening, similar to many rushed appointments at other clinics. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never saw the doctor after waiting months for an appointment, filling out a million forms including insurance info, and confirming the appointment. Upon arrival the office staff informed me that did not take my insurance and turned me away. Beyond awful - do not waste your time.
Dr. Arroyo-Avila, I've been going to her for 8 months. I had a bad experience from another doctor and I came to her for a second opinion. After that day, I decided to stay with her. She is working hard to put me in remission. She's my blessing. Thank you for everything. I recommend her. The staff is wonderful. Thank you, Elena Alfaro
She is above and beyond kind and knowledgeable she listens and is so thorough newly diagnosed with a few things one being lupus is awful and painful im grateful for such a wonderful Dr who truly understands highly recommend The staff is also so kind and helpful
