Maria was an angel. My father passed away and left my mom with a reverse mortgage that was coming due, and even though the reverse mortgage company kept saying they would help renegotiate, they kept stonewalling or saying they needed some more documents when we sent them everything they asked for. When we contacted Maria she immediately started the process of refinancing and got the reverse mortgage company to stop sending foreclosure notices.
