Don't see this woman. She was my ex-husband's therapist for quote some time and then agreed to see us as a couple, which now I regret and know (now) was very unethical. After the death of my son, she advised me to separate from my husband so we could heal apart as living together was not healthy for our family. Marian has single-handedly saved my life twice now, this time while on vacation. I don’t think there’s more than I can say than just that. I’d be lost without her.
I was referred to this counselor back in 2012, after completing 30 day treatment. I continued seeing her throughout my early recovery. However, after sharing an experience that was traumatic and scary for me, she literally used the words ‘getting gang banged’ in her reply. I was telling her about an assault that I endured when I was 12 years old. It took me a long time to even leave this review. But this woman should be ASHAMED of herself. Nasty victim blaming human.
