Marian is very patient and good at her job. She answers questions and helps distract me while she gives injections. This is helpful because I hate needles and the injections are painful. She always makes sure to verify the effectiveness of treatment before starting, ensuring that we do what is needed without wasting energy on things that are not effective. Marian Marsh is amazing!! I saw her for an evaluation after an abnormal MRI. She instantly put my mind at ease. She is VERY knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to me. She did a thorough examination, spending almost an hour with me, which I really appreciated. She is very personable and compassionate. She provided clear instructions, for me to follow. I trust that she is providing me with the best care, she was great to work with!

Lately I have been dealing with a few health issues. I have seen many doctors in the Treasure Valley area at both Hospitals. I can't say enough about Ms. Marian Marsh at St. Al's. She is simply the best. A very compassionate health care worker that goes up and beyond. St. Al's is now my go to health agency. Trust in them! Love to you all!

St. Als Neurology was great on my first visit. I came to them with pretty bad migraines and headaches, that are completely destroying my quality of life. Marian was just amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and so caring. She did a very thorough history and exam on me. She developed a plan of treatment that really gave me hope, I feel like I am blessed to have found her and to be in her hands.
