Personable and communicates kindly and knowledgably.
Dr. Jacob serves my great uncle who has an intellectual disability. She’s so patient, kind, and very humble. Her entire aura (presence) is very genuine which is hard to find nowadays. Overall, the office staff is very friendly. I’d definitely recommend.
