Called earlier today to make an appointment with the doctor as a new patient since I was advised by my health insurance provider the doctor participated in the plan. I chose her as my PCP. The unprofessional and rude manner that the office staff spoke to me was a complete turn off. I will be contacting another physician's office who actually employs a professional staff who treats prospective patients as well as current patients with RESPECT.
