My Mother and I are both seniors, and we each have an apartment at Marian Heights. We are both very pleased with the other residents, the staff, the spacious apartments, and the upgrades they have provided to give them a very modern look. When we have a maintenance issue, they are resolved promptly. The new custodian keeps things clean and fresh. The grounds are maintained and the location is central to many local towns and businesses. We have no regrets about moving here.

I have pictures and witnesses that moved me in that scene how filthy in all the trash that was left on the counter top of the apartment I moved into December the 3rd then they tried to say I didn't pay my rent I had receipts I proved that I paid on my rent head black mold in my freezer rubber door I cleaned it it would not go away it affected my breathing and my eyesight had to move out for health reasons now they're refusing to give me my security deposit back and I am 68 years old this is supposed to be section 8 HUD low i... read more
