No one answers the phone.
She might be rated to be a good doctor but I will not be able to confirm it. I couldn't last long being her patient because I couldnt deal with her Staff. The front Office people is not understanding and not helpful. Wrong documentaion filled out, poor communication. Overall, not happy with Optum and moved on to another doctor.
Dr. Febres is amazing. The whole office is so friendly. They actually listen to your concerns. We are very happy with Optum.
