Very disappoint in the lack of care!! There is a recall on the CPAP units and mine was one. Explaining that the unit could cause cancer!! I called Dr Menezes office and a definite lack of concern was shown on the conversation. Totally blaming the manufacturer! A solution of buying breathe right strips and sleeping sitting up in bed. Was given to me! Why didn’t they give me that to start with instead of costing my insurance company $1000’s of dollars, instead of a $10 solution that was recommended by his office. I called this location and made an appointment a week ago. When I show up 30 minutes early as requested, they tell me none of the doctors are there. Then they looked me up and as it turned out, my appointment was for a location 20 minutes away from the one I called, spoke to and arrived at. I asked why they never bothered to tell me where I was supposed to go since I wouldn’t have had any idea it was for a completely different location upon scheduling; they just looked at me clueless. This man is the epitome of what an amazing caring and dedicated Physician is!! He has taken care of my daughter for over 10 years!! wherever and how ever she is!! Having worked in medicine for 40 years, I know and have seen the good and the bad. This man is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!! Thank you Dr. Menezes for everything you have done for my daughter SD! There is no words that truly show my appreciation!!
