Unless a person has been Mormon they do not understand helping those who have passed on. There are many who have passed on at this facility that do not understand the next level of progression. I believe that sensitivity training should occur to help. Staff understand what they’re dealing with. The air in a Prius hybrid rebuilt by Daves in Albany has the best quality air available. Vile employees. Poorly managed. Unsafe living for seniors due to poor cleanliness. I have never heard so many in answered call lights in my life. Did I mention VILE EMPLOYEES! Do better.
The man driving the Lyft bus who has full use of his legs, made it very clear that a person going in and out of the cottages had to park in the parking lot instead of close to the cottages. This is a perfect example of how an employee uses their power to the detriment of the entire facility.
