Do not know why so many people are wading-in on the reception staff, I have been attending here to see Doctor Iliescu for more than 2 years and her receptionist (Hi Trish) is damn near a miracle worker. So, all those who are being heroes behind their keyboards and telephones... #@$%^&*( you all. Keep up the great work ladies, you are appreciated, a lot, even if it seems otherwise, not enough reviews are submitted to say so... this is me saying so. Thank you and stay safe.
I was recommended to see Dr. Hitesh after having a previously upsetting experience with another psychiatrist, and I’m so grateful I followed through. From our first meeting, he was kind and made me feel at ease. Honestly, just don't expose yourself to this. This is NOT the way to heal. It's also an expensive way not to heal.
Abhorrent reception, making it almost impossible to receive treatment and services. Please do better, this is a SEVERE ISSUE. And I’m not the first person to express my concerns. The issue isn’t being left on hold for hours on end. It’s the incompetence of staff when it comes to booking appointments and arranging treatment as well as the poor organisation between departments. Rang to see where my referral was at after a week of waiting to be contacted back, the receptionist told me they were waiting for the dr to contact my gp ?! I asked why as I’ve been to multiple psychiatrists and psychologists over the years and this has never been the process she said it’s because I had an open referral.
