If I could give her 0 stars I would. As someone who has been getting braids for over 6 years this was by far the worst experience. For knotless braids she was braiding extremely tight and I asked her not too and she replied with my “hair is soft so it’s necessary” so not true. Also I asked for small knotless braids she gave me small boneless braids with LARGE parts. It looks terrible. I expressed my concerns to her and asked for a partial refund she ignored me. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
She took a RAZOR blade to take out my elastics in my braids. She cut an entire braid out and I had to shave my hair after I had a bald spot. She did not care and had a man come through to try and calm me down/ escort me out. I cant believe this place still exists.
