I’m seeing lots of she listened with care but I didn’t feel that she really actively listened to me at all. Kept cutting me off when I was speaking. The staff is not good, that seems to be the ongoing theme for doc offices inside of hospitals. I scheduled an appointment for a procedure that didn’t get done and nearly a week later, I’m still waiting for another appointment. Dr. Wassef is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, and pleasant. She takes time to listen and does not rush you. She explains the condition and the tests that need to be done clearly. I was very worried about my heart condition. She said, "Do not worry." One step at a time. Let's do the tests to see what we need to do next.
