I would definitely avoid this place if you’re looking for someone who actually knows what they’re doing. The notary seemed totally inexperienced and kept bringing up nonsense things that had nothing to do with my questions. It was confusing and felt really unprofessional. Also, don't be fooled by the high rating. If you look closely, most of the positive reviews are just one-liners from accounts that have only posted two or three times. They look like bots. Save yourself the headache and find a real professional instead.

Cannot recommend Mariam enough. So professional, so easy to work with and made every step so easy. There are many parts of notary I find confusing but she made it so simple! 10/10 can’t recommend her enough.

Everything happened exactly on time, very clearly, and she consistently provided updates and feedback on the progress throughout the process. She made everything smooth and stress-free for us.
