There wasn’t any appointment available until 2 months after. I scheduled and they rescheduled me for a couple days later, then tried to reschedule me for another month later. This is horrible.
I went to this office last year for my yearly and had a wonderful experience with Loryn; however, as she is no longer with the practice, my annual visit this year was made with Helen. This most recent experience was awful all around. I was made to feel that my concerns and well being were not truly important by two members of the staff, including the practitioner herself. I had a good experience at this location with all doctors. And my C-section (2022) was the best one out of my other ones. I would come back again.
I have bad experience with this clinic Mariam is good listening but not a good dr also the male dr scared me a lot during my pregnancy and dr Yozim always forget who I am what was my situation the Indian female dr doesn’t smile always frown I will not go there again
I have had so many poor experiences with this office-most having to do with poor follow-through, cancellations, and staff rudeness (and maybe staff burnout?) I want to keep giving the office chances because I wondered if it was just me..and how much trouble it is to change doctors. But, now that an biopsy I've waited a month to have was cancelled rather nonchalantly, I feel I have no choice but to change.
