Everything went well and very smoothly from the beginning to the end.
One complaint: I was texted reminders for my 1:00 pm appointment, and was asked to arrive 15 minutes early. I actually arrived at 12:40, only to discover that the office is closed and the door locked between 12 and 1. This should not happen.
Dr Burnell did an excellent job. We’ve recommended her to our entire family!
