I wish I could give them 0 stars. These were the worst mariachi I've ever had the displeasure of working with. We hired them for our wedding this past weekend. They charged almost $3,000 for 3 hours of coverage and 8 musicians... they showed up over TWO HOURS LATE with 4 people who could barely play/sing. Worst decision to book this Mariachi. They were a no show to my wedding and didn’t bother to call us to say they weren’t going to show up. Now, they are dodging my calls and will not refund me my deposit. Hector tried to request more money from me and when I told him that he needs to send me my money back (as it is stated in the contract) he stopped responding to my texts and calls. We are extremely grateful for Mariachi Nuevo Mexico's performance at my 80th Birthday Party. They left our guests in total awe and appreciation. Their leader, Hector Flores, was professional and a delightful presenter. The band members are all very fine musicians (they even have a violinist!). Each have wonderful voices. ❤️ Muchas gracias Mariachi Nuevo Mexico.
