I’m extremely happy to say that Rise & Shine Salon has the best Hair Spa treatment in the Sugarland area. Hair Specialist Pooja does a phenomenal job at facials and scalp treatment which I regularly do but I was stunned at my hair after she did the hair spa today. My hair had a silky sheen and was full of volume after it was washed and dried.
