Doctor is great, but I think having people wait OVER 2 HOURS past their scheduled appointment time is very unprofessional & should never happen unless there is an emergency! That was not the case for us. We waited well over 2 hours. Doctor was there. No explanation was given.
Dr. Maria Velez and all the medical staff, nurses, and supervisors in the chemotherapy department deserve appreciation and respect for their interest and health care for our children in the chemotherapy department. We thank them and appreciate them.
She is wonderful doctor.
