Dr Velasquez is a gift from God. Took care of both of my pregnancies. Will address every concern. You can tell she genuinely cares for your baby and you . Will take all measures to make sure baby is well . Staff is so sweet with the exception of ONE woman who takes vitals and sets appointments, seems to not care and always had an attitude but overall the ultrasound technicians are always very sweet in showing baby during ultrasounds . Not happy with this Dr at the moment as she hung up on my pharmacist and was very dismissive and unprofessional, also with one of the assistants. Extremely disappointed with her service and attitude.
Dr. Velasquez was amazing! She took such good care of me and my baby. Dr. Velasquez has an incredible bedside manner. She addressed all my concerns. I cannot express how amazing she is. I highly recommend her.
Spoke with Zema over the phone to get some information about the business, and to my surprise she was extremely egotistical and rude. Attempting to evade questions as if they are not an important part of her day. I have never encountered a person who was so conceited in a customer service position treating the customers like peasants beneath her, and had better things to do. During my visit, I encountered Irasema at the front desk, and her inappropriate remarks about my dual insurance coverage (which one shouldn’t be active)..caused me significant distress. She accused me of “insurance fraud” loudly (in front of others) and without understanding my situation, which felt unprofessional and breached my privacy—especially distressing as a high-risk pregnancy patient.
