I have personally known Ms. Erbar for more than 6 years. I would not recommend her or her daughter, Andra, as an attorney on any case, or as an employer. Please heed the warning.
I would not recommend Maria Tully Erbar to anyone unless they like a good smoke and mirrors show. She will charge you through the nose essentially bankrupting you for a simple case and not accomplish anything other than racking up a giant bill. To top it all off, she will repeatedly file Motion to Withdraw requests within a month of any trial that is set because she knows she sells you empty promises that she can’t deliver on stating that the client failed to communicate even after they had painstakingly attempted to contact... read more
Absolutely incompetent and neglect to. I wish I could sue her for her negligence but we all know how attorneys and the courts back each other. Absolutely so not recommend Maria at ALL! She did absolutely nothing for me in any way shape or form aside from charge me thousands of dollars. Absolutely useless attorney. She will take your money and do nothing for you at ALL! I have personally known Ms. Erbar for many years and don't know of another attorney who is as dedicated, knowledgeable and caring as she is with respect to all of her clients. She goes the "extra mile" to make sure they are fully represented and totally satisfied with her legal services. The person (E. Smith) who gave Ms. Erbar a rather bad review on this site must have her "wires crossed," because the Maria Tully Erbar I know always responds to calls and emails.
