Maria did a wonderful job working with me to sell our house - from the very start, when I was trying to select a realtor, until now - after I have sold the house, and moved to a smaller rental home nearby. While ours was an "older" house - built in 1982 - with no open spaces, with stairs, and a pool, she never thought that it simply needed to be sold as a tear down.
