This woman is rude and proved neglectful to the needs of a combat veteran. She spoke to him mockingly after sustaining a concussion for needing additional time to process information due to the injury he incurred. When I worked to help him speak and communicate his medication list as he was visibly struggling, as his spouse and advocate she SUSHED me instead of focusing on the fact that I wanted his medication list right. She is extremely curt and extremely rude. She will talk down to you like you are a child!! I had an extremely bad appointment with her to the point that I walked out!
