I had a truly exceptional experience with Dr. Seabaugh. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Dr. Seabaugh is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely caring and patient. She time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such a compassionate bedside manner.
I really wish I read these reviews vs ZocDoc before scheduling my appointment. My heart is still pounding a bit after this appointment. I don't think I've ever felt so thoroughly dismissed by a doctor before. I started out by saying that I felt my best when taking WP Thyroid and Armour and that was the start of the end. When I asked if we could run a full thyroid panel, I was told she only tests for TSH and T4, that the other numbers are completely useless. I am here to echo what everyone seems to be saying about Dr. Seabaugh. Her bedside manner is completely condescending and argumentative. I messaged her to ask a simple question about a blood test result and she replied back insisting I make an appointment just for her to tell me she considers the result to be normal and asked why I made the appointment in the first place. I left my appointment with Dr Seabaugh feeling so invalidated and dismissed that I sought out reviews to see if it was just me - and it wasn’t. I wholeheartedly agree with fellow reviewers who found Dr Seabaugh dismissive, defensive, argumentative, and completely unhelpful. I might as well have seen a male doctor from 1990. Dr. Seabaugh’s priority is herself. I was feeling sensitive as a result of recent blood work and taking meds that didn’t change anything and I was sharing this with her and all she could say is, I don’t know what to tell you, I’m here to treat your condition. I told her she did not know how to care for her patients who were frustrated by health issues and she offered me more Western medicine solutions and then I asked for alternatives, then she presented other options.
