I am writing to express my ongoing frustration with the excessive wait times during our appointments with Dr. Scouros. At nearly every visit, we are made to wait between 44 minutes to an hour past our scheduled appointment time. While I understand that delays can occasionally happen in a medical setting, this has become a consistent issue.
