When I first met Dr. Rivell, I felt we didn't make a connection. However, when it really counted, I was quite impressed. I'm a 30 year RN. I was having total hip replaced. I'm on Eliquis, for stroke, not afib. For that reason med only needs to be held 1 day. Dr. Rivell knew that and told the surgeon. Healthcare today is a numbers game. Be patient. Also, there's a shortage of Primary MDs. They're overworked in my opinion
The office is nice enough and the staff up front were also nice. Dr. Rivell however was just bizarre. I had typed up a short summary of the 3 most pressing issues I wanted to discuss and dropped it off along with my new patient paperwork 2 days ahead of time. She came in and informed me that today's appointment was a 'meet and greet' appointment.
