Dr. P was very sweet but her office management is a mess. I had an appointment to discuss hormone replacement. Convinced me I needed an exam 1st before discussing options. So I made 2nd appt for the 'pellet' only to find out that would be on a 3rd appt. We were just talking about it, again. I waited 3 weeks for new appt with excitement & put in for half day off work (I'm a teacher). Received message late, the Friday before my Tues appt asking if I had mammogram this yr or was I planning to? (Yes, planning during Xmas break) ... read more

Amazing physician, always kind and patient.
I moved to the area a few years ago and was concerned I would not be able to find a practice that I liked as much as the one I had been going to for 30 years. A neighbor recommended I give them a try and I’m very pleased so far. Dr. Pimentel and staff have been attentive and welcoming. I see some reviews about wait time but honestly to me it’s a encouraging sign. Would you prefer to walk into an empty waiting room?? They respond to my calls/emails promptly and Dr. Pimentel is so easy to talk to about all my concerns.
