Patient was seen by Dr. Palvis on Wednesday to do clearance. I called multiple times and left messages with a nurse and call center. I was told it would be signed and faxed over, never received and had to cancel the patientes surgery. Not only was call center rude, they hung up on me multiple times.
Dr Pavlis she is amazing, and always is helpful, very nice person
