The providers from Duke working at Maria Parham are among the best in the world. I have been a patient and would trust them to care for my family locally at Maria Parham.
The worst experience that we ever had. Dr. Short was completely unprofessional. He came into my visit and asked me " why are you here" when I explained it to him, he was very unprofessional. He acted like he could not even see my results. He wanted to know who referred me to him. When I stated my primary doctors name he then proceeded to tell me that my doctor was JUST A PA. ( Which my doctor is a PA but a very good doctor that works for Duke) After looking at my results he finally said I was fine and properly would be ok. I... read more
Exceptional staff!
Had a recent visit with Dr. Short as a first time patient. My i ntro upon entering waiting area was with Latoya, who was most pleasant and professional. Dr. Short's nurse came next with a friendly smile and greeting. She made me feel as if I'd made a new friend. Lastly, in came Dr. Short. I liked him instantly! I knew I was in good hands. He was personable and professional and super informative.
Dr. Short and his staffing including nurses Mary and Thomas are the ultimate professionals!
