Professional, caring, very informative.
All of the staff, nurses and doctors are always very friendly and professional. However, what aggravates me the most is the time I have to wait in the waiting room to be seen. I do not like the fact that the clinics are required to book more than one patient in an appointment. It's as if they don't think that their patients might have a life other than sitting in a waiting room for over an hour to be seen.
