This women has sent me not one but two letters attempting to buy my father's home, a home I have shown zero interest to anyone in selling. Absolutely disgusting, if you have to reach out to greaving family in order to generate business maybe you are in the wrong sector. Who attempts to take advantage of family going through the roughest time of thier lives. If I had any interest in selling I would have reached out to my own realtor not someone who keeps persisting I let them take advantage of me.
A wonderful team to work with! Maria and her husband Jim her co-realtor are both very knowledgeable, were always available to show us a prospective home, very friendly and showed true interest in finding the right home for us. Their team from the Mortgage lender, photographer to the closing attorney was the smoothest process ever virtually stress free. I would highly recommend this team over others.
Maria was very helpful, professional, and friendly. She helped me thru each step of the house buying process. She answered all my question and explained everything very thoroughly. Maria went beyond expectations and got me into the home I wanted without any hassle.
