Maria was very professional and helpful AT THE BEGINNING! Now when I call and ask for information about my policy she is very nasty and tells me that she sent an email out and she's waiting for a response and hangs up on me. Bottom line money has been taken out of my account for an insurance policy for five years and the past 9 months the insurance company says they haven't received anything.
