I have been patient of dr. M. Novoa for 3 years. I like her very much. Some negative reviews about her not paying attention to patients is not true. She is very attentive with good bedside manners. She is very a very good doctor, who trying to do everything possible (every test) to help patient. I am happy to have her as a doctor.

Dr. Novoa was amazing helping my family through my delivery of my daughter. She helped me stay as calm as possible when going through something like delivering a baby. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. She placed my IUD perfectly after my six weeks of having delivered and unfortunately had to remove it because my body wasn’t accepting it, but was very sweet and understanding.

Terrible “doctor”!!! No bed side manners, no compassion and no empathy!!!! She does not care about her patients and puts no effort to pretend that she does. She speaks to you like you’re stupid and is very unfriendly. I HIGHLY suggest not wasting your time or money to be “treated” by her. Do not go to her. She shouldn’t have anything higher than a CNA license.

Not a good doctor! She inserted the IUD on my daughter. The IUD wasn’t put it the right way ended up being embedded in the myometrium her responses was just leave there! What kind of doctor said such it thing. Now my daughter needs surgery to remove the IUD she’s having pain, feeling really sick. She doesn’t care about her patients.
