Wow.. I called to make an appointment as a new patient today. Donna answered. I don’t know if she’s having a bad day but she was not nice. I’ve worked in dental for 15 years and I’ve never answered the phone with attitude like that. I hung up on her and didn’t go through with making an appointment. Donna, (as a front desk) you are the first impression to the office. This review is way overdue. Dr. Maria Biard has been my primary physician for way over ten years. She is very caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She puts me at ease right away and I am confident she has my best interest at heart. She knows my family members and is very caring about the well-being of everyone. Thank you Dr. Biard for being my doctor. I could not have asked for a better doctor to take care of me.
Dr Biard was my mother's Dr. and mine. She is the best Dr. I've ever been to.
