Excellent doctor and office staff!
I waited two hours to have Dr. McFarland tell me my nerve is damaged she knows Im in pain and this is my new norm with no suggestions on how to deal with the pain. She had two very expensive tests done but no advice?? She's rude only talks about wearing good shoes. It's ridiculous. Find another Doctor who might care because clearly she only cares about getting paid.
My husband was there for a 9 a.m. appointment and she was running an hour behind. This appointment was for an appointment cancelled by the office from a few weeks ago due to a conflict for the doctor . He decided not to stay and was told that if he wanted to reschedule the next available appointment was in September.
I’m sitting in the waiting area for my granddaughter to be seen by Dr. McFarland for a 10 am appointment and it is 11:50 am. This is her first and last visit here. To make things worse, there are 2 other patients in front of my granddaughter. This does not make any sense. Only thing I can tell anyone, make sure you are her first patient of the day.
