She is our daughter’s primary pediatrician since birth. She’s amazing because she’s extremely kind and very patient. She genuinely loves babies and her job. She always greets with an amazing smile. We love the fact that Dr. Lavaia is very thorough during each examination. And she provides timely recommendations on what actions as parents we need to do next and what to expect as the baby hits her milestones.
Very kind and patient. She listened to my concerned and offered us resources that facilitated getting care expedited. She also personally followed up on the same day, after our appointment. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately she is not experienced at medical diagnosis. She just followed textbook and asked you to wait 24 hours, 48 hours, etc. You cannot criticize her since she is only doing things useless but not "wrong". Go ahead to find a real doctor somewhere else.
