Customer service is bad. I attempted to call today again ( this is my third attempt ) to pick my contact lens. I am a physician and I don’t have time to keep on calling. The lady answering the phone was not pleasant. I asked Stephanie Garcia to connect me with Dr Fragoulis a few weeks ago and she called me one minute before closing time 6pm. Very bad experience with most recent contact prescription. I believe that some of it may be a communication issue. However, it has been a continuous game of "telephone" between her and inexperienced customer service representatives. I have been told three different things by three different people and still have been unable to solve the issue and make it possible for me to resolve my issue timely. If you are looking for convenience and professionalism, go someplace else.
Everyone was incredibly nice - even though my appointment was the last one of the day and you could tell they were exhausted. I tried on 5 different pairs of glasses but these pics show my final 2 choices. I definitely plan on returning as long as Dr Fragoulis and her staff continue their great work!
Wow! Very fast appt and great dr! Surpased my expectations as I didn't know what to get from Walmart 🤷♀️ Would recommend!!!
