We love the doctor. Dr. Botez is patient and thorough however, if you need to call the office for questions or a prescription refill...good luck. It usually takes 1-2 weeks of constantly trying to get someone. When we call, we either receive a busy tone or the phone rings endlessly. Many times, the voicemail is full. Last August, I drove up to the office to find out they were closed for vacation. They did not put that on a voicemail so there was no way to know they were closed.
Dr. Botez is our family doctor. She is very thorough and does not rush you.

Dr. Botez and her staff are Amazing. There is a bit of a wait but then again there is a wait everywhere we go. She is knowledgable, kind, and caring. Her staff is efficient, and whenever i need refills they are done in a timely matter. I will definitely continue being her patient and refer my friend and family.
The wait is minimum 2 1/2 hours. Why have an appointment at 10 am. and wait until 1 pm to be seen??? does it mean our time is not important? or they do not know how to schedule? What will happen if I'm 2 and a half hour late??? because knowing we will have to stand or wait outside because there will be no seats at the waiting room because is full of patients waiting for hours to be attended. And watch the nurses play with their phones.
I would recommend friends or family if you are willing to wait hours to see the doctor.
Dr. Botez is an amazing physician! My mom and I have been seeing her for over a year after being referred by a friend. She always spends as much time examining you and explaining test results, diagnosis, and treatment plans as you may need. She is also very kind and personable. The wait time is prettt long, but it's only because she spends a good amount of time with each and every patient. I recommend her to everyone!
Waiting room is small, it's hot in her office , waiting room is tiny , I would not recommend anyone whose wheelchair bound see this doctor , not fully ADA compliant. Also , front desk staff is rude.!
Dr Botez is great but expect an hour to three hour wait time. Gone about five times and with appointments. Still needed to wait more then two hours to see her.
