I think that Dr. Diaz is down-to-earth, real and very friendly. She isn't stuffy and extremely serious like other doctors can be. She makes you feel on her level and is very considerate of your questions. Considering I have medicaid, it feel very good that she accepts this isurance and is willing to make us feel like we aren't low class citizens like other places. The place is very clean and I love the decor. thank you Maria Diaz!

Stopped using this office 3 years ago just got a bill for well over $240 first one since I stopped using the office after they cancelled 3 appointments because the doctor was going to be away. No reason given for the charges just that they were overdue. Plain wrong
One star by default - you have to give at least one. Two visits there turned out to be a nightmare. 1.) Called Friday before to verify my Monday appointment. They asked did anyone call you? We are closed Monday - we need to reschedule. 2.) Went to 1st visit. They wanted tests done right away. Were to contact my MD to request them. Set up date for follow-up. Nothing said on treatment. I have been going to dr Diaz for years she sees me my husband and my kids as well prices are very reasonable and styles are very stylish she is down to earth and very nice I highly recommend her to anyone I meet:)
This lady knows her business. She talks to me in plain language, and I love my new glasses. the only thing is that they didn't have my regular contacts.
I just had an appointment there today and loved it! The office is very clean and professional looking. Also, the technicians and the secretaries were very nice and helpful. Dr. Diaz is a sweetheart! My insurance covered everything including my frames. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this place.
DO NOT GO HERE. My family and I have given this business more then a few chances after it was taken under new ownership by Dr. Diez and then moved into a new location under a new name. If you want an office that looks fancy and has high end, outrageously priced glasses, this is the place for you. If you want great service where the staff and Dr's pay attention to you go elsewhere.
