Dr Horvat was very attentive and highly knowledgeable. She was willing to spend time with me and explain everything to me. I would highly recommend.
Did not listen to me, inaccurate visit notes, ignored my concerns, extremely dismissive. Will not be back. I am furious. Went in for a very specific issue; was clear when I made the appointment, was clear when I spoke to the nurse at intake, was clear when I spoke to the doctor before examination. Was instead treated to a whole new-patient exam, with my specific issue addressed as a slight afterthought upon prompting.
